The website and services

This website is for informational purposes and is delivered through Cloudflare Workers. EnergoRespirazione sessions and courses are being prepared. The Online Basic Course is intended to be offered through a separate external platform, which has not yet been selected or configured. Once selected, information about the related processing of personal data will be provided before the platform is used.

The activity described includes breathing techniques and breathwork, individual and group sessions, and EnergoRespirazione training and courses, including online courses (ATECO code 85.59.99).

Data processed, purposes and legal bases

Data sent by email. The website does not contain contact forms: the email button opens the visitor’s chosen email application. The controller uses Gmail to receive and manage messages. If you send a message, the controller receives the sender’s email address, name and any other information provided, as well as the content of the message. This data is used to manage and respond to the request and, where relevant, to take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. In the latter case, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. For other information requests, processing is limited to handling the communication on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to requests received, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f), while respecting the data subject’s rights and expectations. Processing messages through Gmail and the applicable terms depend on the service and account actually used.

Please do not send unnecessary information by email, particularly health information or other special categories of personal data. Providing data by email is voluntary; without sufficient contact details and information, it may not be possible to respond.

Technical browsing data. To deliver and protect the website distributed through Cloudflare Workers, the service may process technical data associated with requests, such as the IP address, the date and time of a request, and information about the requested resource. The data actually processed and any recording in logs depend on the configuration. The controller determines the legal basis for processing in relation to the specific purposes pursued.

Testimonials. The website publishes participant testimonials to present their experiences. The controller has obtained authorisations to publish testimonials. Each item is published only within the scope of the materials, purposes and channels covered by the authorisation applicable to it. Authorisation relating to a text does not automatically extend to photographs, video, audio or voice, or to different channels or uses; the same principle applies to each format. Publication is based on the authorisations obtained and the legal basis applicable to the processing. Where consent is the applicable legal basis, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. How data is processed

Data is processed using electronic tools for the purposes described. Emails are sent through the visitor’s email application and are not transmitted directly by the website through a form; the controller receives and manages them through Gmail. The controller does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling through the website.

Data retention

Email messages are retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and any subsequent correspondence. They may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim; the retention period is determined according to the nature of the request, when it is concluded and the applicable obligations.

Any technical data processed by the provider to deliver or protect the service is retained according to the criteria and periods applicable to the services and terms in use.

Testimonials are kept online within the scope of the authorisation applicable to each item. For information or removal requests, you can contact the controller at the email address given in this policy.

Recipients of data

Email data is processed by the controller through Gmail, the email service used to receive and manage messages. The parties involved, their roles and applicable terms depend on the service and account actually used.

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process technical data necessary to deliver and secure the service. The provider’s role, any sub-processors and applicable terms depend on the terms and configuration actually in effect.

The external course platform has not yet been selected or configured and does not receive data through this website. Any recipients and responsibilities connected with the platform will be described before it is used.

Data transfers

Using Cloudflare Workers may involve processing technical data in countries other than the visitor’s country and, depending on the services and applicable terms, transfers outside the European Economic Area. Any safeguards applicable to such transfers depend on the services used and their contractual terms. Information about the course platform will be provided before it is used.

Cookies, analytics and external links

The website does not provide contact forms or include analytics tools or application features that set or read cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. Videos and fonts are local project files, and YouTube videos are not embedded. The website contains links to Instagram, YouTube and Telegram; selecting one takes you to that service, which processes data under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare security or service-protection features, if enabled, may use cookies or similar technologies. Actual use depends on the applicable configuration and may vary with browsing conditions.

Your rights

In the cases and within the limits provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may ask the controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing; you may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where the relevant conditions are met.
